Jay Z, the third richest rapper of all time, has announced that his very successful Philadelphia music festival (last year 60,000 people attended per day), Made In America, will expand to sunny Los Angeles. According to the L.A. Times, "the festival will take over downtown’s Grand Park and surrounding areas in front of and around City Hall over Labor Day weekend (Aug. 30-31)."
At this time no lineup has been announced for either iteration of Made In America, but last year the Philadelphia festival saw performances from Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Public Enemy, Queens of the Stone Age, Miguel and more. It's probably safe to assume OutKast will be there though.
