Listen: Tame Impala's Kevin Parker Collaborates with Mark Ronson

Plus, a recording of what might be a new song the band premiered live.

Tame Impala have been busy since they released Lonerism in 2012, touring pretty much constantly and releasing a Record Store Day live EP, never mind those two records Pond released in the interim, too. But they've got more up their sleeves - frontman Kevin Parker is featured on a few songs on the producer Mark Ronson's upcoming record Uptown Special, and you can hear one of those tracks, "Daffodils," now. The rest of the LP is out January 27th - you should have no trouble bumping this in the meantime.

Also, listen to a live recording of a new jam caught at the band's recent performance at New York's Beacon Theater. No word yet if this is a new song or just a live improvisation, but stay tuned.
