Lollapalooza may be months a few months away, but today the festival's organizers have divulged some details about this year's webcast. Unlike Coachella, Lollapalooza isn't tapping YouTube to host its concurrent live festival footage, instead the livestream will available on apps released for iOS, Android, Apple TV, Chromecast, Xbox 360, Amazon TV and Samsung Smart TVs. If you'd like to access the webcast on a computer, you can do so by visiting sponsor website, Redbull.tv.
The webcast will feature performances across multiple channels covering five different stages, as well as ancillary content like interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
It's too soon to expect a webcast schedule, but hopefully it will cover sets from lineup highlights OutKast, Spoon, Nas, Arctic Monkeys, Lorde, Lykke Li, Cut Copy, CHVRCHES, Chance the Rapper, Darkside, Chromeo, Run The Jewels and London Grammar.
