Grammy award winner Adele has just premiered her second single from her forthcoming sophomore full length, 21, on BBC Radio (where else?). The U.K. diva claims the record is heavily influenced by Southern charm and country music, which was evident on “Rolling In The Deep” but hardly palpable on “Set Fire To The Rain,” a strong piano ballad that focuses on her endearing and passionate voice, set on a gradually building backdrop.

Adele has also released another new track, a cover of The Cure's “Lovesong,” where she transforms the classic into a smooth, soft rock acoustical jam, that simply sounds wonderful. Adele's vocals here are jazzy and grand, you can expect a lot of radio play from this one.
Both songs will appear on the very anticipated 21, which comes out in the U.K. on January 24th, and on February 22nd in North America.
