Drake takes a victory lap after a massive 2016

Drake’s Views, a big sleeping pill in my opinion, is far and away the biggest album of 2016. It’s so big that it has sold about 80% more than Adele’s 25 and Beyoncé’s Lemonade this year. Views smash single “One Dance” is not only far and away the biggest song of the year, Drake shows up on one-fifth of the top 25. He’s never had a better year—he’s had plenty of good ones before now—and dude loves to be prolific, so it hardly comes as a surprise that he’s going to cap off his 2016 with one last project.

Drake’s More Life will be out in December. He’s calling it a “playlist,” which is weird. More Life, he says, will “provide a soundtrack to your life” with not only new Drizzy songs but also some from OVO cohorts, which places the project square in mixtape/compilation territory. And you don’t even have to wait until December to begin soundtracking your life with it—Drake’s already shared three songs from the thing.

“Fake Love” and “Sneakin’” have been released officially, and the third track, a lesser joint called “Two Birds One Stone” that has been swiftly panned online for mocking Kid Cudi’s clinical depression, has not yet made its way onto the official channels. You can still listen to all three below.

Bonus: Drake also shared a remix of UK rapper Dave’s single “Wanna Know”.

The More Life cover art is pretty amazing.
