Drake Shares Beyoncé-Assisted "Can I"

Drake shares a polished version of "Can I", rumored to be off 'Views from the 6'
Publish date:

Over the weekend, a polished version of the previously leaked Drake track “Can I” was premiered on the rapper’s Beats 1 radio show OVO Sound. The new version the track still feels unfinished—it’s under two minutes long—or at the very least like an interlude. Like before, Beyoncé’s headline-grabbing involvement in the track is limited to a repeated vocal sample of the superstar asking “Can I, baby?” It’s unclear if “Can I” will be on Drake’s upcoming album-proper, Views From the 6. (Drake’s pair of 2015 albums, If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late and the Future collaboration What a Time to Be Alive—both of which debuted at number one on the U.S. chart—are technically categorized as commercial  mixtapes. I’ll let you figure out the distinction on your own, because I’ve already given up.)
