In a world where "I Love It" is probably playing at every party an average of 3.2 times, is there a more fitting song to Icona Pop flip than Lesley Gore's immortal 1963 jam "It's My Party"? Throw on demented post-apocalyptic rave beats and a verse from Zebra fucking Katz (of "Ima Read" fame), and you've got an embarrassment of riches. And get this - this track will not be featured on Icona Pop's long awaited debut album, very logically titled This Is... Icona Pop. We don't know what that's about, but hopefully it means that the album is just full of better songs? We'll find out on September 24 when it comes out.
