James Blake – “Tep and the Logic”

It is understandable why James Blake chose not to include “Tep And The Logic” as a final cut on his debut LP for Atlas. Having more in common with last year's sample immersed EP's (CMYK, Klavierwerke, Bells Sketch) that made him the number one artist to watch in 2011, it focuses on dreamy, reconstructed r&b, and lacks any actual vocals.

“Tep And The Logic” shows little bearing to the soulfully charged electronica snippets we've heard from his forthcoming record thus far, including “Limit To Your Love” and “The Wilhelm Scream.” The song will be included as a bonus track when you pre order the album from iTunes; James Blake is out in four days.
