Kelis - "Jerk Ribs" (Mount Kimbie remix)

You might have already heard that Kelis is pulling an Action Bronson, releasing an entirely food-related album appropriately called Food via Ninja Tune in April. Here's Mount Kimbie's take on the record's Dave Sitek-produced lead single "Jerk Ribs," which blurs its clubby funk vibe into something a little more atmospheric, eerie, and hazy, like the kind of creepy house-y groove you'd hear in a club way past closing time. Check it out - you can grab Food April 22, but we're suspecting this'll make you want to take a re-listen to MK's 2013 record Cold Spring Fault Less Youth.
