Listen: A Sunny Day in Glasgow, "Bye Bye Big Ocean (The End)"

Check out the latest from the band's forthcoming Sea When Absent

A Sunny Day In Glasgow have returned with a sprawling, ambitious new anthem called "Bye Bye Big Ocean (The End)," the successor to "Crushin" and “In Love With Useless (The Timeless Geometry In The Tradition Of Passing).” All three tracks will appear on the band's new album, their first in four years, Sea When Absent. "Bye Bye" would be a great stadium pop song, that is, if it wasn't soaked in reverb, surrounded by synths, and that it follows no time structure that I'm presently aware of. Check it out below; Sea When Absent is out on June 24 via Lefse.
