Listen: Arcade Fire, "Afterlife" (Flume Remix)

Hear the electronic music producer's interpretation of the Reflektor single

Australian-born electronic music producer Flume has been successfully touring in support of 2012's self-titled outing, and, of course, all those popular remixes of his - he usually closes with his rendition of Disclosure's "You and Me," and, if you're lucky, busts out his recent interpretation of Lorde's "Tennis Court." Now the producer has lent his skills to a reimagining of Arcade Fire's "Afterlife," adding layers of downtempo and reverberated beats to the Reflektor single. True to his m.o., the song is a growing, uplifting remix, making great use of the band's jangly guitar pop, and should fit in pretty well with the rest of his repertoire.
