Fresh off the heels of the release of his dance-friendly new LP, Our Love, Canadian-born, London-based producer Dan Snaith a.k.a. Caribou stopped by BBC to provide a new Essential Mix, which features new tracks from his Daphni alias, not to mention new Les Sins (Chaz Bundick a.k.a. Toro Y Moi) tracks - "Past" and "Call" - new Boddika & Joy Orbison - "Untitled" - new Anthony Naples - "Miles" - and new Pearson Sound - "Rubber Tree." There's also some Daft Punk, Lil Wayne, James Brown and Marvin Gaye in there. "This mix incorporates some of the music I've been playing in my DJ sets over the last little while and also some of the music I've been making," Snaith says in the intro. Right on.
