There are a lot of cultural references in "40 Mill," the brand-spanking-new single from Young Money's Tyga, including recordings of Mark Wahlberg from Pain & Gain, and lyrical references to Hilary Swank and John Lennon. But, of course, most importantly, the song features production from Yeezus himself, as well as Mike Dean and Jess Jackson - all 3 of whom serve as executive producers of Tyga's upcoming new album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty - who create a menacing presence riddled with bass and drums as Tyga raps "I don't want to be famous, I just want to be rich." I hear that. Listen below; The Gold Album was supposed to drop on November 18th, but given the rapper's label problems, it seems likely to change.
