Listen: White Lung - "Face Down"

Listen to another ferocious new song from the Canadian punks' forthcoming Deep Fantasy.

White Lung'sDeep Fantasy is rapidly becoming one of our most anticipated records of 2014, if only because, based on every song we've heard so far, it'll be the riff-heaviest album in recent memory. Plus, no one spits bile like the almighty Mish Way. If you needed more proof, check out the band's new song "Face Down" and its accompanying video, which stars the band headbanging around L.A. in a Volvo, burning scarecrows and playing air guitar. It's a great track too, with guitarist Kenneth William laying down smart, concise blasts of noise as Way sneers her way through lyrics like "all the world's pretend" and Anne Marie Vassilou's drums careen towards trainwreck. Check it out - Deep Fantasy is out June 17th.
