Swiftober continues with the release of 1989?s latest single, "Welcome To New York," following the When In Rome-esque "Out of the Woods" and ubiquitous lead single "Shake It Off." The twinkly pop cut will be available on iTunes starting tomorrow, but it's streaming via Tumblr. The love letter to New York City appropriately serves as 1989?s opener—we can't think of a better introduction to an album that apparently sheds Swift's Nashville country roots.
