Looks like The-Dream has a thing for Destiny's Child. The r&b singer, songwriter and producer — who recently added vocals to a reinterpretation of Kelly Rowland's sultry summer anthem, “Motivation” — has reconnected with Beyoncé for her new album, 4, after sharing a Grammy with her for "Single Ladies."
Many critics and bloggers have compared The-Dream to Prince and “Schoolin Life,” a 4 bonus track produced by Mr. Nash, is a clear example of why, with its 80s like drum kits, old school synthesizers and all around retro demeanor. The song even recalls some of The-Dream's most Prince-esque tracks, "Fast Car" and "Yamaha".
4 will include collaborations with Kanye West, Andre 3000, a track penned by OFWGKTA's own Frank Ocean, Major Lazer and more, and is currently streaming right over here. It drops proper on June 28th via Columbia.

In other The-Dream news, the r&b auteur is releasing a new album called Love, IV (Diary of a Mad Man) on September 20. Check out the smashing 9-minute-plus first single "Body Work / Fuck My Brains Out".
