Sam Smith - "Nirvana"

Sam Smith knows he's already in the running for our (and the rest of the world's) favorite new artist of the year, but he's making sure he keeps that spot up top by continually releasing killer jams. Next on the docket is "Nirvana," which is more a reference to the state of ecstasy than to the band of the same name (though I'm just saying a Sam Smith cover of, like, "Negative Creep" would be something), and which, in a perfect world, would soundtrack every single upcoming high school dance - Smith gets intimate and seductive, rattling off "baby"s over a sexy big-band backdrop. Check it out.
