Stream the New EP from Airhead

Hear the latest body of work from the London-based, James Blake-endorsed producer

If he wanted scores of fans, London-based producer/multi-instrumentalist Rob McAndrews - who operates under the moniker Airhead - could have easily enlisted his good friend James Blake on his debut solo LP For Years, which was released last year via R&S Records. But McAndrews seemed more partial to offering dense, downtempo, and demanding pieces of electronic music like "Pyramid Lake." Until now. McAndrews has decided to release his latest, a 4-track EP called Believe, via Blake's label, 1-800 Dinosaur. While it's certainly eclectic in style, finding him embracing past motifs with tracks like "Shekure," it also sees him confronting soul and more accessible house music with the album's title track.
