Dev Hynes of Blood Orange has long been a vocal contributor to the fight to stop police brutality, particularly against black Americans, and now he's a musical contributor too - the filmmaker Aaron Stewart-Ahn has captured an "ambient portrait" of protesters in New York after the Ferguson Grand Jury decision was announced last week, and it features a score by Hynes. Namely, it's a lovely improv piano piece captured at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. You can check out the short film below.
